As we grow, we are seeking a remodeling carpenter to add to our select team of professionals.&nbsp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform a variety of remodeling tasks, including demolition, framing and finish carpentry, drywall, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with lead carpenters and apprentices to ensure project success</li><li>Deliver exceptional craftsmanship on all aspects of the remodel</li><li>Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide creative solutions</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>3-6 years of experience in residential remodeling</li><li>Experience in multiple trades (framing, trim carpentry, drywall, etc.)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Desire to grow in the trade</li></ul> Benefits:<ul><li>$22-32/hr, DOE</li><li>Health insurance benefits</li><li>Paid vacation and Holidays</li><li>Bonus plan and 401(k) plan</li><li>Tool and Workwear allowance</li><li>Work with a supportive and experienced team</li></ul> Are you someone who wants consistent work, a positive environment, and values well-crafted projects?
